Welcome to Ocean Breezy!

We love our condo! We enjoy the community feel, as well as the family-like setting in this smaller complex.  As with any older building, it has its quirks. The bones are older, but the nostalgia is amazing! If you have any challenges or concerns, we encourage you to reach out to us directly so that we can help YOU enjoy your vacation to its fullest!

Important things to know:

 

Check-in time is 3:00 PM.  Check-out time is 11:00 AM. The lock code automatically changes for the next guests’ safety, so please ensure all items are removed before 11:00 AM. Only the specified number of guests noted in your agreement are allowed to stay in the unit overnight. No more than 8 guests are allowed in Ocean Garden Villa units.

Check-out procedures- Carry ALL trash out to the dumpster in the parking lot by the road. Empty the refrigerator of all contents. Leave sheets and bedding on all of the beds. Put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run it. Set the thermostat to 76 degrees. Ensure all appliances are turned off. Return all furnishings to their original placement.

1. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

2. Pool hours are from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Follow all posted pool rules.

3. No guest’s pets are allowed on the property.

4. Golf carts, trailers, and motorcycles are not allowed on the property.

5. Grills are located behind the swimming pool area in the parking lot for your use. Grills are not allowed on the balconies.

6. Hanging of towels and clothing items is not allowed on balconies.

7. Feeding birds from the balconies is prohibited.

8. Unit has two parking spaces. Place provided hang tags at all times to prevent being towed.

9. Fireworks are not allowed in North Myrtle Beach.

10. Smoking is not permitted in the unit.

For emergencies, call 911. The non-emergency number for North Myrtle Beach Police is (843) 280‐5511. The address to report emergencies is Ocean Garden Villas at 1809 South Ocean Blvd (Ocean front). 

NOTE: Our condo is on the second floor and there is no elevator on this property.
